With more than 25 years of experience, Primabeef is specialized in the selection of bone in cows and young bulls for our customers. We select on weight, confirmation, fat cover, marbling, and color based on the known SEUROP classification.
Our own buyers are on the spot when the truck is loading making sure that cutting is perfect and the pH value is controlled before departure.
Cow pistols and loins are hand-selected on marbling under our own grading system.
