Primabeef is expanding! We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Beef Purchaser to join our growing trading office in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities

Identify and source high-quality beef products from suppliers in Poland and across Europe.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure best value and quality.
Build, develop, and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure a consistent and reliable supply chain.
Collaborate closely with internal sales, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure timely delivery and product standards.
Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and competitor activity to continuously optimize purchasing strategies.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier performance, and market conditions.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a purchasing or sourcing role within the meat or food industry (beef experience highly preferred).
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional and proactive approach.
Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment.
Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written); additional European languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe to meet suppliers

40 hours of work pr. week from our office in Wiłanów Warsaw.
